- MTM TMar 22, 20191.0First of all Ann at the front counter is wonderful. I have used this bank not by choice but because they took over Parkview Federal. I should have closed the account immediately. I was charged a dormant account fee on an account that I specifically left enough money in so that it would not incur any fees. The dormant accounts fee would come out monthly. This would cause my account to go below the minimum amount required for the no fee account. Which would then trigger the bank to double dip and get a monthly dormant account fee and a monthly account fee. This is the shadiest thing I have ever dealt with. Run. Run. Runaway!!!
