- JTJustin ThompsonMay 24, 20251.0I would like to start off with most of the folks at this branch are just rude and terrible human beings. Ever since I opened my key bank account in this branch I have received nothing but attitude and disrespect. Well today I went in to make a deposit and the teller tried to skim 50$ off the top of my deposit and argued with me as if I don’t know how to count my hard earned money. Then I requested she count her drawer and start over from the beginning. At the end of the day she owed another $49.50 as I pleaded since the first transaction was completed. I know that it was intentional and she also had several weird unethical questions regarding my deposit prior to even getting started and was completely rude and un-just. This is not the first time this has happened and I was hoping to catch them in the act again so I literally written down all the serial numbers on the bills and took pictures. Glad she figured out she was shorting me 50$. Then they wonder why I would never bring my business or personal accounts completely to Key Bank. I have never had any issues like this at any other bank that I currently use such as Wells Fargo and Chase. Count your money and be ready to defend your banking transactions.

I waited a half hour for a check to be deposited Because they made a mistake!!
