Was called a liar to my face because the teller DID NOT want to admit she was wrong and told me the wrong information, I'm a father of 5 who now has to figure out how to feed my kids for the next 7 days with only $27 to my name & figure out how to make to work and back, last time i checked cars run on gas that aint free!!!!!when key bank is holding my $1,000+ dollar pay roll check for over a week , I live pay check to pay check like most of Americans unfortunately! And needed that $ I was told I would have the funds available within 2 business days , but now I'm being told I have to wait a week. As a new member of key bank as soon as my funds are available I will be closing my accounts immediately!!!!!!
