Stephanie at the Mason branch location was amazing and worked on fixing this situation. She resolved it in a way that did not require opening a new account and my new debit card was overnighted to my home address versus regular mail to make sure I got it quickly; I never asked for this, Stephanie just automatically did so for excellent customer service. I really appreciate Stephanie and she always has such a cheerful demeanor when I encounter her; great lady!
- JMJ P MorrisOct 22, 20181.0The incompetence at this branch is disgusting. I specifically went into the branch and had them furnish a typed letter with my routing and account number. They gave me the wrong routing number. This delayed my paycheck by almost a week. I am now waiting on tax refunds that are lost because of this same error.

This if you use their ATM but have a different bank it’s LIKELY to suck in and shred your card for “reasons they cannot disclose” and when you force them to tell you they say a bunch of jiberish about it not being with them and beat around bushes. WORST customer Support ! It’s a WEEK before I can use my bank again due to being in an area that doesn’t have my bank.
