They have bad processes, that only benefit the owners. They have no desire to change them, because it benefits them. The only ones that suffer at this bank are the customers. It is really sad that the leadership is so corrupt, because they could have had a good business. Take some time and look into the other options in your local area. Go in and talk to them. You will find that there are highly superior options for you and your family in the banking industry. If you go forward with doing business with this bank, you will suffer eventually. Just hang tight. It is who they are.
