- PRPickle RickApr 7, 20211.0Non flexible NSF fees. Wrote a check out of account for local football team mulch sale and used wrong account by accident. Was nailed with $38 NSF fee. Called and spoke to manager about waiving fee for first time courtesy. Manager checked with supervisor and they wanted to make us join some $35/yearly credit program. Completely greedy and unnecessary decision as most if not all banks give one-time courtesy fee waiver. Bank seems small time, poor management and focused on fees and not the customer. Will be taking our money and business elsewhere.
