- AHAlicia HOct 24, 20251.0Says online open until 5:30. Drove all the way there after work, just so they can be closed. If you close at 5pm, update Google!! Waste of time and gas.

People are polite but numerous times when I needed to withdraw from either lorain branch on a Saturday I cant, resulting me having to go to a non northwest Bank ATM and be charged a fee. Or its out of order. Never had this issue with lorain national. Lady I talked to over phone applying for a small loan was really nice and helped me get the loan I need that is right for me.
