- MKMonique KingNov 7, 20251.0I want to rate this location one star because the tellers were very rude. Made me wait longer than a normal white person when they walked in. They were not friendly customer service lacked, and I do believe it was because of my Color . I hate to make this about my color, but I felt discrimination . My banker Daniel was outstanding and I appreciate his kindness and I appreciate him taking the time to really incorporate my daughters account. But the tellers and even the bank branch manager very rude they need to get training on how to talk to people who don’t look like them.

Over-rated fees that constantly was happening until I'd call speak with manager then he would have to fix the problem & wave fees. Until finally I left then figuring I would finished with the nonsense. I received a letter from collection company stating that I am responsible for 150.16 to nws. So once again I'm having to call the bank (after I left them 2 months earlier) "why" & "what" is this about? She tells me I left my acct in the negative then a transaction went through after closing account. I say "really"? Hmm interesting because when I went in to close account I was given money back...then I ask why I was never notified via mail about transaction that had gone through after closing acct and she says I was! Really stupid lady!?? If I have the money to send to damn collection agency then I had to pay you! She not once apologized or offered to wave over draft fee. Great doing business with you. ..NOT!
