I call in to ask about the overdraft policy and the person who answers the phone doesn't know anything about it, not even the amount of an overdraft charge. Not to mention that when I called in once because my card wasn't working the girl told me she saw nothing wrong. Come to find out that my card was closed when I had to call a third time to figure out what was wrong with it. And to top it all off I deposit over $1000 the other day I didn't see it in my account so I called and the girl told me that my money was deposited into an account that has been closed for YEARS. Please explain to me how that happens... Needless to say I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy and will be closing my account as soon as I get this chance. Do not go to this bank, your money is not safe with them and no one there really seems to know what's going on, not even the policies... There is also different management every single time I go there. This place is extremely unstable.
