As we got in the car I commented to him how great Beth is and how, over the 20 years I’ve been using this branch and working with Beth she has consistently been nothing short of amazing. He suggested I let the bank know so here I am. :) Beth at the Kent Key Bank is a gem. I’ve been banking at Key for 35 years and Beth is not only the best thing about Key but is the best service provider I’ve ever encountered. She handles tough situations with grace, compassion, and ease. Her ability to think through implications and connect the dots so you’re fully aware of next steps is unparalleled. They seem to manipulate your transactions and post dates so they can charge you fees. That’s what it seems in my accounts. Be aware!!
