Without my consent or knowledge they changed my free checking account (which I only use to pay specific bills, I have never held any balance) into a 15$ a month interest bearing account....which requires a 5000$ balance. Since this was a free Billpaying account I also don’t look at transactions very often, so this 15$ transaction happened 8 times over the course of a year. I called into their corporate office and the local office in Hudson expecting an apology and an easy refund...instead I got refusals from rude people. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.
