They held my money hostage for 2 weeks and said they had 7-10 days to get my money back. Well it's business day 10 and still no money. This place is awful.

She said, as they were not busy and I was the only one in the bank, that I could walk back and ask the lady at the desk because she would know. When I walked back there, I got a big attitude from another woman on the other side of the office that I could have a seat, twice actually when I tried to explain. The woman I came to talk to actually went on to do a few other things and said more than once that she would be right with me. If they weren’t going to let me ask her, I don’t know why one of the tellers couldnt just ask for me. I really didn’t have extra time to wait today, and when I told the teller I would just come back another time she insisted that it would be very quick given the simplicity of the question I was asking. My only issue was the attitude and lack of customer centered focus the two employees in the office had. I understand having other priorities but the attitude I received told me that I was unwelcome.
