Had fraud on my account so a new debit card was supposed to be mailed to me- a week passes and I give them a call to which they say it didn’t deliver and they would issue a redelivery to this branch. Called again to get an estimated date of arrival and was told the order was never placed AT ALL for a new card. Now waiting on another card to come in the mail and cannot use my funds for 2 weeks- making my traveling plans, paying my bills, EVERYTHING messed up. Customer service are nice but CLEARLY don’t know what they are doing or how to order card or quite frankly tell an accurate statement at all.
