The team is very knowledgeable and helpful .They are friendly, and address you by name. My only minor complaint is that I am now on my 4th or 5th branch manager at this location
- LDLou DuzykAug 29, 20231.0Attempted to take out a large amount of my checking account money and was told I had to ‘place-an-order’ to do so, which I did on a Monday, telling them I would be there on Tuesday. When I got there I was confronted by 4 employees, including the Manager and was told I could only take $5000. When I became a bit agitated, I told them to give me the $5000 and I would go to another Key Bank location. The Manager then provided me with some kind of sheet for me to sign, which I refused. I have never been made to feel like I was doing something wrong by trying to get my own money out. Unacceptable. Is this what banks are becoming?
