There is ZERO fraud detection at this bank, and ZERO assistance from the bank when fraud is discovered. Elder fraud is very real and Key Bank is only contributing to the problem via their neglect and disregard. How dare you with this canned response you posted below? Shouldn't you be busy bullying fragile elderly people, accusing them of federal crimes like your branch manager did? My expectations were low, but wow have you ever lowered the bar.
