Finally get it back in, and 4 months later without any letters or notifications they just remove 256 dollars from my account making me unable to pay my bills. Guess being a loyal customer doesn't mean anything anymore.

So the guy I talked to in the at the branch charged me $33. and if they had never charged the $33 dollars I would have not been .29 cents short in the first place instead they kept giving different reasons all 3 people I talked had different story's.
