I have made complaints about some fees that shouldn’t have come up and Dee called me from her office and took care of my matters I’d given 5 stars but they changed the terms of our agreement on my account after 6 years of business together. I had planned to bank with them for my entire life with the same bank account and have my child bank with them as well, but we can’t if they can’t honor business agreements.
