- ABA BMar 8, 20215.0I have been a client of Gina’s for over a year now, and I must say that I am amazed by the results of the changes we made to my retirement accounts and investments. I brought to her a Roth IRA and some individual stocks that I owned, all of which had performed pretty poorly after I tried to manage them myself. I was very risk-averse at first, and Gina helped me overcome my fears of the market by educating me on how investments work and how a person my age should have his portfolio set up. This allowed us to invest my accounts in such a way that substantial returns were seen quite quickly and I still felt comfortable. I learned that there is so much more to a complete financial picture than just stocks and retirement accounts. We have had numerous in-depth conversations about saving for emergencies, setting goals to pay off debt, and we even discussed estate planning and life insurance. She is always so cheerful when I call or email, and takes the time to make sure my questions are addressed to my satisfaction. She even reaches out to ME to make sure I don’t panic when market conditions change, or if she comes across an investment opportunity that fits my interests or personality. I also appreciate the hand-written “thank you” notes and other personal touches. Good service can be difficult to come by these days - especially, in my experience, from financial firms.
