- ASAlicia SlagleJan 27, 20251.0I went into the bank to get change for a $20 and they wouldn’t give it to me because I am not one of their customers. I went to Wood Forest Bank, and the did not hesitate to give me change. I’ve never had this experience with any other banks. I have several accounts at another bank and a credit union, but they were not close by. It seems like good customer service. After leaving, I thought, “…and I will never have an account there!”
