  Have been a personal and business key bank customer for well over a decade. Today was the first time I've second guessed my "relationship" with key bank. The "teller" Maaddi (Not sure of spelling) was exceptionally rude- even to her boss (Cynthia) who by the way could tell she was treading lightly with the expressions on her face. I am less than needy as a customer but when I am depositing 10's of thousands of dollars as a business I expect RESPECT as I have given. Have never had any issue at any other branch but I will be connecting with my business banker to perhaps take my business elsewhere.

  I went up there to talk for my mom because she has hearing aids and I have to sometimes repeat things for my mom and the teller iya is a rude smug with fake eye lashes that look horrible on her. She should be fired and has horrible customer service. She should be fired.

  Cynthia Crawford basically pushed me out of key bank. She is very very insensitive. I had an issue at another branch over a fraud that cost me 14k. Cynthia told me that it happens and it will be fixed. I was without that money for almost 60 days. I also was working at the time for key bank. They held my money for long periods of time. Well beyond normal time. The check was written from key bank but key bank held it for 7 days. They then suspended my debit card due to me expressing my frustration. They then suspended my account. I am far from wealthy and I was a long time customer. I used.to feel like they cared but that declined rapidly. Please find a bank that cares. Life is hard and they don't Care. Trust me
