- ECevan cutlerOct 14, 20251.0Have been a personal and business key bank customer for well over a decade. Today was the first time I've second guessed my "relationship" with key bank. The "teller" Maaddi (Not sure of spelling) was exceptionally rude- even to her boss (Cynthia) who by the way could tell she was treading lightly with the expressions on her face. I am less than needy as a customer but when I am depositing 10's of thousands of dollars as a business I expect RESPECT as I have given. Have never had any issue at any other branch but I will be connecting with my business banker to perhaps take my business elsewhere.

She should be fired and has horrible customer service. She should be fired.
