- MMMarySep 2, 20162.0So banking is supposed to be "convenient" these days, right? I have had three inconvenient experiences this month. First I went in to find out their systems were down. Had to go across town on a Saturday morning to wait in a 15 min line. Next I needed counter checks. They charge $1.50 per check!!! Lastly, I wanted coins counted and deposited. This is no longer a service provided. I know this because when I called the branch, I was sent to an overflow call center who put me on hold forever only to tell me this is their best guess. I really should go in they tell me. Aren't banks supposed to earn your business as a service industry? Maybe they need a gentle reminder.
