Today especially, Linda and Aisha went above and beyond. They even remembered a previous issue I had and asked about it, making sure everything was okay. Their customer service is outstanding — they make me feel comfortable and appreciated every time I walk in. Honestly, I felt like I just wanted to stay and chat with them because they were so kind. They always make my day better and make everything I need to do go smoothly. I really love the way they treat people at this branch!

The clerk told me I needed to open a checking account and that there wouldn't be any fees even if there were a few cents in the account. Two years have passed, and now they call every week demanding a $100 fee because I don't use this checking account. They refuse to close the account without it. Never use this bank. I emailed your bank. They responded and asked for clarification. I did, but now they haven't responded for three days. This is a very unreliable bank.
