- KLKenneth LiddleOct 24, 20251.0Here recently KeyBank put a restriction on my account do to an individual sending a 100$ through zelle using an old phone number. For the last 7 days because of this incident they have lied to me 4 times and have gotten called a fraud. They have prevented me from my money causing me not to beable to pay my bills, have gone without eating and having gas in my truck for the last 7 days. I went into the branch yesterday blew up at them because the teller bold faced lied to me causing me to be at my wits end. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. Their back office is nothing but full excuses and lies as well. This matter should have been fixed and corrected days ago and it still hasn't been. On a side note I am to the point of calling a lawyer filing a complaint with the BBB and getting a federal audit done on these people. 15 days now and still nothing is being done with my account it's still restricted unbelievable
