The lack of follow up and communication with not only myself but confirmed with the builder was completely unprofessional and unbelievable. This was not a small loan. I was even told to find my own title company and “call around”. Thank goodness I stopped ignoring my gut and making excuses for a person that attempted to call themselves a mortgage banker.
