    Had my mortgage done here. Outstanding service and patience. Qualified for my loan, found the house and closed within 30 days. A process made so much easier with the expertise and professionalism of the individual handling my loan.

    The incompetency of this branch is unbelievable. They totally messed up a 6-figure wire transfer by inaccurately wiring the funds to an incorrect account number. Even though the branch representative was given a printed page with accurate instructions, and she even called the title company and verified those numbers (under duress I might add), she still mis-entered the information into her system. Even after the error, she denied she did anything wrong and said it must have been inaccurate information on the sheet I gave her - which is impossible as it is the same sheet the title company gives all their customers. It took about a dozen phone calls and 29 hours to figure out where the money actually yet - with almost no help whatsoever from STBank's customer service, and no help whatsoever from the branch. I wanted to do business with a smaller more local bank, but I guess smaller doesn't mean better. UPDATE 12.19.23 - even though they promised here on Google to reach out to me - they have not.

    As far as a construction loan run as fast you can to another lender. The lack of follow up and communication with not only myself but confirmed with the builder was completely unprofessional and unbelievable. This was not a small loan. I was even told to find my own title company and “call around”. Thank goodness I stopped ignoring my gut and making excuses for a person that attempted to call themselves a mortgage banker.
