    I have had many interactions with the team at Pathways Financial for the past few months, every interaction has been beyond positive. The employees have been super helpful and with an honest willingness to help. I want to give a special shoutout to Samantha Mang. In 2 occasions, she has gone above and beyond to assist me with an issue. She was kind, gracious, supportive and really just a good human!

    When I have account issues and speak with Teresa, the interactions are unpleasant. I always leave the conversation feeling judged, which is not my experience with anyone else. I remain a customer because at the location I actually frequent, I was advised customer before pathways.

    I've been a customer for over 7 years with my business and they are always on point, secure, and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure things are done correctly and prevent problems from happening a head of time. Staff is diligent and provides great care and service

    The manager Kim is amazing!!! Have banked with her for as long as she has been with the credit union. She has built an amazing team at her home branch they are so friendly and helpful!!

    Tried to get a membership here but could not complete it due to my drivers license address being different from my current address. Was told I can use utility bills( I own my place but pay no bills/ have no utility bills in my name). I drove down to Wright Patt and they said the same but told me to contact the mortgage people while sitting there to get an emailed mortgage statement. The bank sent me a secure email that contained the statement which was forwarded to the teller. Nothing bad about Pathways and I may eventually use them as 3rd credit Union if needed but Wright Patt could see I was frustrated and waited patiently so I could get what was required that same day so I could open my account( since my main Credit Union is in Cleveland and I had experienced fraud/ID theft with a major bank in Franklin County). I just needed to find a Franklin County credit union home to transfer the money to once that major bank in Franklin County restores my account. But everything happens for a reason and I still will recommend Pathways to others. Once my son moves his money from that bank( thats having so many fraud issues theres a warning on their BBB page) Ive recommended he give Pathways a try!

Are Pathways deposit products insured?

Yes, all the accounts opened at the credit union, including certificates of deposit, are federally insured through the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF) for up to $250,000 in coverage per member-owner. Accounts exceeding the maximum level of coverage are protected by the Excess Share Insurance Corporation (ESI) which additionally covers $250,000, for a total combined protection to members up to $500,000.
