    we had a problem with online vendor that overcharged us and never shipped the items that were ordered. Darla Jardine was very helpful in getting this issue resolved. She took all of the information, made numerous phone calls and took my wife's statement for the dispute form. Darla did an excellent job in serving our needs.

Are Pathways deposit products insured?

Yes, all the accounts opened at the credit union, including certificates of deposit, are federally insured through the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF) for up to $250,000 in coverage per member-owner. Accounts exceeding the maximum level of coverage are protected by the Excess Share Insurance Corporation (ESI) which additionally covers $250,000, for a total combined protection to members up to $500,000.
