I have been banking with key since 2018 and ever since I been going to the West 5th location it has been nothing but problems with my account. I woke up this morning to get on online banking now my checking account say I don’t have a debit card 🤦♀️. I will be closing this account and going with another bank. Beware if u can go to another location

- NTNick TittelDec 23, 20191.0DO NOT USE KEY BANK. Transactions are not recorded In real time. I received 2 over draft charges before I was alerted about the first one. When I called to disputed the second over draft charge, the customer service representative admitted that they are not able to provide real time updates and recommended that I balance my checkbook manually because the transactions will not show up in the true order that they occurred. I then asked the close my account the customer service representative then offered to credit one of these charges back to my account. I agreed and ended the call only to see the next day I was hit with a 3rd overdraft charge because the money was not refunded in real time. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITY KEY! Chase bank and PNC are much easier to work with and have much better mobile apps and customer service.
