- SSShaquailaSep 19, 20251.0Extended a hold on my check. Customer service rep told me I can go to the branch and have the branch manager verify the check then release the hold. Branch manager said there’s nothing she can do I have to wait for back office to verify. No urgency and sympathy to help me. But when I went to the branch yesterday to deposit the check the banker says “what you sold your house or something” then proceeds to have try to sell me products such as a new checking and a CD. Very unprofessional and lack knowledge about there job. As soon as my funds are released I will be switching banks. Update: I went as high as the executive office and no one helped me or even cared to TRY to! Christian and a lady is executive office had some of the nastiest attitudes. I’ll never bank with key again. I regret the switch!

And after withdrawing some, they RETROACTIVELY decided to hold the entire check and are charging me overdraft fees! Stay far away.
