- SDSteve DixonFeb 27, 20181.0Absolutely pitiful ! ATM malfunctions and only customer service is lies. An employee inside did try to help but didn't do much. If given the option I'd recommend another ( ANY ) bank. Unfortunately this is the one that gave my employer the best " deal " to handle HSA accounts. Now I know why. Can't even get some kind of supervisor on the phone ( 3 different calls with hold times of 8 plus minutes each time - I'm still trying to locate them, would you like to continue to hold? Kinda like trying to cancel AOL way back in the day. Wasn't even a lot of money either, just the point. Absolutely NO care or customer service. The panhandler out front is more polite and attentive.
