Why is it so common for your atms around town to be out of order? Drove to hill rd location and it would not dispense cash, drove to broad st and that one was completely out of order. Had to go to your competition to get my money and paid a fee for the privilege.

Excellent, personal service. I have been with Key for many years. Over time and with personnel as it changes from time to time; still, they are consistently friendly to a person, thoughtful, and go the extra step to be sure that I am confident all the bases have been covered. No other bank company I have used comes close to providing the excellent service that Key Bank does.

I went to this branch because my current bank closed their teller counter and has gone 100% digital for day to day transactions. This does not work for me as I need to periodically pull out large amounts of cash and I don't want to walk around with a pocket full of $20 bills, which is the highest denomination their ATM dispenses. So I went across the street to this Key Bank location to change $500 worth of twenty dollar bills for hundred dollar bills and open a new account. The teller refused to change the bills, and the manager made a HUGE deal about me opening an account because it was "too close" to closing time. He basically brushed me off as a nuisance and I excused myself to find a different bank that wants my business. I hope the branch manager reads this, because although I was dressed in jeans and a t-shirt, I should be taken seriously, as I would have moved all of my accounts to this bank. I make well in to the six figures per year and would have set up checking, savings and investment accounts with this bank. I would have potentially moved the vast majority of my wealth to this institution if I was treated well and not as an inconvenience. I quickly went to Fifth Third Bank down the street, and even though they were also close to closing they gladly took the time to sit and quickly open an account for me so that I could at least switch the $500 in twenties for hundreds. They then set an appointment for me to come in and finish setting up the rest of my accounts next week. Now Fifth Third Bank has have earned my business, and money, and Key Bank will NEVER get another chance. I hope Key Bank and its employees learn to be a bit more friendly as there are at least a half a dozen other banks within a three block radius. Do not waste your time visiting this branch, they will not take you seriously and seem completely uninterested in acquiring new customers.

Atm touchscreen rarely works, which is a major problem when you’re standing there with a bunch of cash in your hand to deposit
