The agent left his office for another room, then he came back, I wanted to go in his office, then he told me not to enter, then he sat in front of his computer. I spent 10 more minutes without having any word from him. I can understand if he had something to do, but it’s not costly for him to let me know what’s going on. I was sadly surprised by the way he handled this situation, hopefully things change.
