- MSMikey ShalvisOct 17, 20251.0I opened a business account 22 months ago. after 6 months went to try for a business loan and no luck and no advice. 22 months later after doing thousands of dollars worth of business still a no but at least this time they gave me advice and I took it and got a card to build my credit. Should of happened on day one. really upset almost took all my money out and try a different bank , I still might.

After attwmpting to open online, I was told I had to go into a local branch ro complete the opening of the new account. I was told it needed to be opened online but they would push or on up to make sure I recieve the $300. bonus. Needless to say I fought it all the way to the very top and they simply refused to honor their word and their own promotion. A very sad and shameful act highlighting deceptive business practices at the expense of the working class.
