The team here has been awesome and helpful.over the years. Visiting weekly makes the relationship easier as you feel comfortable asking questions about products and trying to learn more. Personal and business accounts in one place with one team makes getting things done easier and less stressful.

I had the worst banking experience of my life here. Only one person on staff knew how to perform the particular service I needed, and they were in another meeting. The other employees tried to find a workaround, which took 40 minutes. This was frustrating, but I recognize the staff was doing their best. I can't fault them for that. During this 40 minutes, the banker working with me suggested I open a savings account that would earn X percent interest if I deposited Y dollars in it. When I told them I don’t have Y dollars, another nearby banker laughed at me! (I don't want anyone blameless to face negative consequences. The banker who laughed was a man. The banker helping me was a woman.) At the very least, you want a banker not to make you feel belittled for your financial situation. Not everyone on staff here cleared that low bar. UPDATE [6/24/2023]: Key Bank posted a response below this review. I don’t want its presence to give anyone the impression the situation described above was resolved satisfactorily. It was not. The bank ‘s corporate offices—not the particular branch I went to—got in touch. But until about two weeks ago, all the bank’s representatives took great pains in their communications to avoid taking responsibility for my experience. No one apologized for more than two months. (“This is certainly not the experience we want our clients to have” is not an apology.) When someone finally did apologize, the person apologizing was a representative in the corporate escalations department, NOT anyone at the branch where I had my experience. To this day no one from the branch has contacted me. The escalation department representative told me that the branch manager had been told about my experience, and that they’d talked to their staff about it. And that’s it. The representative was not at all involved in whatever conversations were had between Key Bank corporate and the branch, or in the conversations conducted at the branch internally. The representative only had secondhand information, at best. And even then they had no details to offer, other than that the complaint had been “taken seriously.” It’s bewildering to me that Key Bank expects me to trust that the staff at this branch took my complaint seriously. One of the bankers insulted me to my face. How am I supposed to believe he’s kinder to customers when we’re not in the room?

Terrible customer service and always an issue with the atm. They lock their door before the actual closing time also.
