This branch has the worst customer service off all of the branches. Phone calls left on voice mail don't get returned. Calls go straight to voice mail, because NO ONE answers the phone. IA lot or promises are made in person -- we've tried that too -- but zero follow up on the promises. If you don't want to do your job or can't do your job, move on. A whole lot of nothing happens at this branch. We have had an ongoing problem for two months to get me added to my spouse's account and it has not been resolved despite our repeated attempts to get answers, get messages returned, or a clear reason why the problem cannot be fixed. If it wasn't such a hassle to switch all of our bill pay, I would close my account in a minute.

There's one person at this location—the young lady who sits around the corner from the entrance at her workstation—who is genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff is one of the least helpful groups I’ve ever encountered. I wouldn’t trust them to run a lemonade stand, let alone handle my finances. It seems like they dislike the general public, likely because this center was originally intended to be a mortgage and business-only facility. They know every loophole and rule they can use to avoid helping customers instead of working to find solutions or going above and beyond. This has occurred so frequently that we’ve decided to close our account. We live just a block away, so it’s hard to overstate how bad the service has to be for us to give up that convenience. We paid an extra $25 for expedited service on a lost card, but after ten days of waiting with no delivery, I found myself spending 30 minutes on the phone with customer service instead of receiving assistance or a refund from the employees inside the bank. The representative at the KeyBank location even told me that "I never pay for the expedited card," suggesting she knows the program is ineffective.
