  I wish I could give NO STARS. I don’t know if she’s the manager or what but the woman I dealt with was of no help whatsoever. My husband has an account with this bank and has had one for a while. I went in, because they know me from being there with him, to get a document notarized. You’d think I was asking them to sign their lives away. Needless to say they wouldn’t do it because I didn’t have an account of my own. I called ahead of time and was told I could have it done because of my husband’s account and I was only told they couldn’t do it AFTER I sat in the lobby for almost 15 minutes waiting for the Notary (manager) to make several calls first. When she came out, she was publicly complaining about whatever customer she spoke to last on the phone. When addressing me she had a “I’m better than you” attitude and wouldn’t even consider my husband being an account holder in good standing. Frustrating. I would never be a member of that bank and I’m going to encourage my husband to close his account there as well.

  We have used this bank for years. The tellers are so friendly & know the customers by name. Great banking experience at this branch.

  Love this location. Wouldnt want to go to any other bank. My tellers are always excellent. Heather ,Mary and Fajhid i believe is his name. Are 3 of the nicest bank tellers you could ask for. Look forward to seeing them again soon.
