- KDKeith DietrichOct 27, 20251.0The only reason I'm giving you 1star is because of the people employed here. No problem with them at all. Getting a loan is fast. The one major problem I have is when you set up a direct withdrawal from your bank and you take the first payment with no issue at all then comes the 2nd and instead of taking it you end up calling me telling me my payment is late. The payment has to be in person or on line. I can see one mistake. So when I make the payment because the direct payment didn't mysteriously work after the first payment, it locks out the future direct payments and requires you to either go online or show up in person to make any payments after. Then it's a fight with everyone you talk too. They all say the same thing, it's not the stores fault it's corporate. Then you talk to corporate and get talk over by the other person on the line to where you have over talk them. It has not been my first time either with corporate. Same results each time. Now I will not reloan or have any future business with all ace checking.
