I’ve been waiting on a replacement debit card for over two weeks they said it was mailed out the day after I called to replace it. Two n a half weeks later they email me saying it shipped that day and to expect it delivered in 3-5 more days. Is this the dark ages where the local branch can’t replace a debit card on site. Seriously KeyBank is awful if you need something not covered by the local branch.
