- DGDavid GriffisJan 5, 20265.0I got a letter from my apartment complex stating that we are required to start using a portal to make our rent payments. I downloaded the app but stopped signing up when they requested the user name and password to my bank account. Added stress because I am getting ready to head out of town and I need this to be resolved before I leave. I walked into the Eastgate CINFED and was greeted by a smiling APRIL COSTA. April was polite, kind and understanding as she called the apartment office more than once and left a thorough message on their voicemail plus she helped me compose an email to them making them aware of my concerns and taking the suggested route to get the quickest response from them. She also pointed out other possible options that could possibly work better for me. After a very stressful weekend worrying about resolving these issues so I can hope to go on the vacation I walked out of her office impressed with the kind, friendly, courteous and professional help that I received. Technology has passed a lot of us seniors seniors up and CINFED had the perfect person at her desk waiting for me to walk in.

I work during the week and this is my closest location. To not be able to make sure I can address my issue was stressful. Thankfully I was able to get Terri by phone in Oakely.
