Ignored completely, ditched all my phone calls and voicemails. Really disappointed as I heard how good KeyBank was, guess I’ll take my business somewhere else. Don’t waste your time. There’s better banks that are more helpful

They just want you to open an account they are awful with client service from what I read they are financially in trouble too. Stay away from here best you can. Hope it closes soon.
