- AHAmber HiseMay 8, 20191.0Deposited a check with the inside teller, was told funds would be available the following day. The next morning still no funds available in my account. Reaching out to key bank I was told the check which was from a govt office now had a hold on it for seven days until the check was paid by the issuer. In no way was I told of a hold when I deposited the check and ripped it off the actual paperwork in front of the teller. I have never had any issues with a bank like I have with key, they told me even with my deposit showing pending they will not honor any items that come through my account. This craziness, I plan on moving banks after this.
- ATAnaline TumalaMar 2, 20191.0Fee$$ This bank charges fees for their fees, $15 a month for me to get a measly .4% interest? It is literally theft! I would do better to stick my cash under my bed. Ally bank will put you out of business, they offer 2.2% interest rate and they are FEE FREE!
