- 77711jonnyifyMar 18, 20231.0Came in 15 min before closing and Pam the teller seemed annoyed and I asked what do you need and I replied I need to setup another quick account for my daughter she replied yea we close soon so you can set appointment for next week I said its difficult to make during other hours no way to do today she said no. I then left and called back to see how long it would take to setup Niko answered and said yea I could have done it I was now free and I said we are still in parking lot reason why we left the teller said no then I heard her talk in background he stuttered and said if you dont have appointment dont come in see you next weekend. I am headed to PNC now to open account for her as it is her first day of work so it was important and as a account holder of many years to Key Bank I will close my account and open one in PNC also
- TTTam TamJan 11, 20201.0Worst bank ever. I opened an account there, they required minimum balance there otherwise they were going to charge me fees. I tried to close my account, they tried to charge me $25 dollars fees because account was opened for less than a year. Tellers there talk down to you. Horrible rude people. Never going to deal with Key bank again.
