- AAAMR AMPJul 12, 20221.0Horrible bank. Will lie throughout the experience and drag it out only to ruin your chance at getting a house. Stay away from Mary M Gallagher as a loan officer. Terrible service. Will ask for the same documents multiple times because she apparently is unable to search her email for emails from one person. If i could give her specifically negative a million stars I would.

As a peer to peer network asking for confirmation that they have received a letter ( I sent them)along with a check for their services (trying to verify a mutual client's balances for a mortgage transaction). I spent hours on the phone waiting on hold with their "customer service representatives". As ist seemed that both of the employees I spoke to were not native English speakers I couldn't even make sure that they understood what I was asking them for. Completely unsatisfactory experience with this business. I can't imagine how they keep customers.
