Further, my association with Key Bank ended when a 10-day hold was placed on a check I deposited, then released for a period of 4 hours, the reheld for an additional five days after I had started using the funds, forcing me into an overdraft. After the check was finally resolved, the bank tried to stick me with the overdraft fees. We parted company at that point.

They greet me by name when I enter and are always friendly and helpful. They will do things for you that other banks won't deal with. One example; Years ago, I needed to get someone off of an account and instead of having to close and open a brand new account, they submitted with corporate for me to make the changes without having to lose the account that I've had for years.
