I spoke with an agent named Kierstynn who exceeded all expectations in providing customer service to me today (November 25, 2025). I called very distraught due to an error on my part which had the potential to cause chaos in my checking account and also adversely affect a charitable organization I had donated to earlier today. Kierstynn was very patient, understanding, courteous and knowledgeable. She provided clear instruction on what steps to take to resolve the situation. I appreciate the empathy she displayed throughout the call, while yet maintaining a professional demeanor. She is a definite credit to her employer. Wednesday, December 3, 2025 Kierstynn Hudson, from the Beavercreek Branch, handled the resolution of a chaotic situation, which I had inadvertently caused on my checking account last week, with professionalism, courtesy, respect and patience.
