Add to this that I moved to a new location on Nov. 4, 2024, notified TIAA of my new address on Nov. 11, 2024 and received email confirmation of the address change, yet months later my mail from TIAA is STILL going to my old address. If I check my contact informaiton on the website, it shows my new address, yet somewhere in the "we don't care about you as an individual" world of Cleveland TIAA, my mail still goes to the wrong address.
