  Went in to cash a check written to me by my mother on June 26, 2025. The teller looks at it and says, I need to call my client and I need two forms of. ID. I ask her why. Her answer, “ because I need to call my client”. I ask why two more times and she repeats the same thing. I give her the ID and I tell her that I will call first, because I don’t want to waste time. The bank is closing and I know my mom won’t answer a number she doesn’t recognize if the teller calls first. My mom is the hospital and doesn’t answer her or I. So, she hands me back the check and ID and just walks away to lock the bank doors. I decide to sit and wait for the manager. As he finishes with another client, I peak my head around the corner from where I’m seated to alert him that I am waiting. He is rising from his chair, looks at me with perplexity and gets up and walks out of his office. I greet him at the door and he says “I’m sorry. The bank is closed.” I tell him that I know that, but I was here before it closed. He tells me that he is preparing to leave for the day and maybe someone else can help me. I tell him that I was waiting on him. I explain the situation. He asks me which teller I had the issue with and I point to her as she’s walking towards us. He asked what happened and she says that she couldn’t reach my mother. He says that they’ve been having a string of fraudulent activity recently and that is why she used precaution. I say to him and her, “then why couldn’t she just say that?” At this point, she is ultra nice and apologetic. Not the same person at the teller window, AT ALL. The manager then vouches for her foolishness, exclaiming that this is a bank policy. My things is, policies are fine, but customer service and professional are the issue here. It’s funny, I was preparing to open an account this week with the bank. At this point, I’ll be reporting the branch to a team above them. The way everything was handle was beneath the customer service even at McDonald’s.

  Tried to open an account there. Made an appointment online. Showed up and the person they made the appointment with couldn't open the account. Left a message with the person who could open it to call me back, but they never called. Going to go with Huntington instead

  This location has been very helpful as far as providing direct deposit forms typed, closing an account with a delay (leaving the office worker to process the closing days later without me but my permission), and teller service. I have not used ATM so unfortunately I cannot speak on that experience. However, this location is well run.
