He completely cut me off and spoke over me and seemed to be in a rush to get it all out. He neglected to ask if I had any further questions nor did he thank me for interest. He also did not invite me to consider coming to explore opening an account in the future. He was very snappy with me. He would benefit from learning to be more pleasant and speaking at a normal pace. Eric desperately needs customer service and phone skills training. Now I would never think of stepping one foot into this branch or at this bank. What an awful experience. Do better Eric. Ohio savings would do better without employees like Eric having a total disregard to potential customers!
