- SSshishiJan 7, 20231.0Walk in this morning say gm hello the teller was or seem to be in a total aww when I walked in and just stared at me like I committed a crime by walking in. So I I proceed to walk over to another teller after she says hi basically begins to profile so I say I wanna open up an account OK what kind of account would you like to open so I explain to her that I want to open up a business account also a personal account and also a children’s custodial account already have all those accounts with Bank of America which I never experienced anything quite like awkward like this, she then proceeds to ask me who I bank with now which why dose that matter cause Im black and then says oh I didn’t know they had walk in banks?? Why is that a factor you should be trying to get the business!! She told me she needed a major credit card no you don’t for one ect all that I would need which I had everything but they made me feel very uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door it wasn’t pleasant so I told her I didn’t have anything and I will come back she says OK I said OK thank you she says OK thank you he continues to stare. I said thank you to him he just looked like go home if your just giving looks like that never again
