    There are 2 tellers who are amazing and super friendly and helpful! But there are a couple other workers who are not so pleasant to say the least. There is one woman who can NEVER be bothered to help the other teller who has a long line. She just walks around and stares at the line and continues on with her day. She never seems to be happy or smiling every time i’m in there. She is rude! Again, i love the teller named Emily and one of the men tellers that i’ve seen a few times have been absolutely lovely.

    I've been with Key Bank since they were Central National Bank! My whole family always banked with Key! They are efficient and easy to work with. There's usually not a line here so it's great for a quick trip!

    Called to ask a simple question about my newly opened account and without hearing me out, branch manager Karim asked to make an appointment with a banker. After saying "NO, I did not need an appointment with a banker," Karim told me that even at his level at branch manager he couldn't help and was transferring me to costumer service at which point he hung-up on me. Great start with this local bank... Loving Avon Lake KEY BANK seniority staff... ;-P

    I love this branch! They’re helpful beyond measure, knowledgeable, accommodating and super conveniently located right where a bank should be!

    I have been with Key for a long time and I get money orders from the branch to pay bills. I had to stop payment on 1 and now they tell me I can't get my money back to 90 days !! That's B.S .!! Where is my money at !! I'm closing my account as soon as I get it back !! It should not take that long ...the manager was going to get back with me and never heard from anyone !! I know if you owe the bank they want their money ASAP !! I want my money ASAP !!it been 2 weeks and nothing!!...still no money Keybanks sucks !! Do not do business with the avon lake branch !!
