- JEJon EnglishJan 21, 20251.0If you have elderly parents DO NOT use !!! Clearly disregards every every aspect of protecting her clients against themselves when they get elderly. Even refused to honor POA information. My father was in begging stages of dementia and she would call him and get riled up if I asked any questions at all. Even when trying to keep money on her books. Went as far as tell me SHE NOTICED THE CHANGED in his mental state and refused to help. Cost my father thousands and thousands of dollars. And threw corporate hoops in my way to try and help. Reported to FDIC as well.
