- PLpaighton leffewJun 20, 20251.0I genuinely could not believe my eyes dealing with the unprofessional behavior of the people in this branch. It goes beyond just customer service, but went as far as to shame me and be condescending about the fact that i simply forgot my login after just telling them i had a traumatic brain injury. That is ableist and truly disgusting personally. I have many other issues with this banking system, but to have someone shame me for my disability was absolutely insane.

Probably the poorest , slowest drive thru ive ever used. 2 tellers , that i could see 1 processing, 1 drinking coffee, but 4 lanes open. Lol. Was rudely ignored as well as other customer in lane next to me for multiple mins and eventually had to call inside branch too see if i could get some help.
